How do I restore my purchases?
Open the app, tap the Shop button from the main menu, then scroll to the bottom and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My child accidentally made a purchase. How do I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Apple typically processes refunds within a few days.
Why does the app ask a math question before purchasing?
Crayon Crew includes a parental gate โ a simple addition or multiplication question โ to help make sure purchases are intentional and approved by a parent or guardian, not made accidentally by a child.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Yes! Paid content can be restored on any iPhone or iPad signed in with the same Apple ID. Use the Restore Purchases button in the Shop. Artwork and progress is stored locally on each device.
How do I save my child's artwork?
In the coloring scene, tap the share button (top-right toolbar) to save the artwork to your Photos app or share it with family and friends.
Does the app require internet access?
No! Crayon Crew works completely offline once downloaded. An internet connection is only needed when making in-app purchases.
What iOS version does the app require?
Crayon Crew requires iOS 16 or later. It supports iPhone and iPad.
Is Crayon Crew safe for kids?
Absolutely! The app contains no ads, no social features, no accounts, and no tracking. All purchases require a parental gate. It fully complies with COPPA and Apple's Kids Category guidelines.
