Crayon Crew does not collect, store, or share any personal information about you or your child. We have no accounts, no logins, and no tracking.

1. Who We Are

Crayon Crew is a mobile application ("App") developed and operated by Kandanga Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of our App on iPhone and iPad.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to your family's privacy. Crayon Crew does not collect:

  • ✓Names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information
  • ✓Location data
  • ✓Photos, camera, or microphone data
  • ✓Contacts or social network information
  • ✓Device identifiers for tracking or advertising
  • ✓Usage analytics or behavioral data

3. What Stays on Your Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

4. In-App Purchases

Crayon Crew offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional content packs and creative tools. All purchases are processed exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment information. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy.

A parental gate (simple math question) is shown before any purchase can be initiated, to help prevent unintended purchases by children.

5. Photos (Camera Roll)

Crayon Crew may request access to your Photo Library only when you choose to save your artwork using the share/save feature. We do not read, upload, or access any existing photos on your device.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Crayon Crew is designed for children. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple's Kids Category guidelines. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal information at all, there is no data to delete or manage.

7. Third-Party Services

Crayon Crew does not integrate any third-party advertising networks, analytics services, social media SDKs, or tracking frameworks. There are no ads of any kind in the app.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
